1️⃣ Refund Criteria

Our refund policy is applicable under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you have inadvertently made a payment for the data entry course twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicated transaction.
• Accidental Payments: In the event of an accidental payment for the course, we will provide a full refund upon your request.
• Non-Access to Course: If you have made a payment but have not accessed the course even once, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the course, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2️⃣ Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, you must adhere to the following procedure:

1. Timely Request: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of payment.
2. Submission Method: Send an email to pancoid172016@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following details:
   • Full Name
   • Transaction ID / Order ID
   • Date of Payment
   • Reason for Refund
   • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
3. Verification Process: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed. Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete to expedite verification.
4. Refund Approval: If your refund request meets the specified criteria, we will process the refund and notify you of the approval via email.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3️⃣ Exceptions

Our refund policy applies only to payments meeting the conditions mentioned above. Refund requests beyond the seven-day window or that do not meet the specified criteria will not be considered.

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

• After the course has been accessed or lessons viewed.
• If the user has downloaded any study material or certificate.
• In case of misuse, sharing of credentials, or fraudulent activity.
