To access our data processing or typing work, you must be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Service Description

ADRM Infocom provides digital Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and data processing services, including form filling, data entry, OCR conversion, and back-office operations. Our platform connects registered users with allocated projects, deadlines, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration & Account Security

• You must create a valid user account using accurate personal information.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account activities.
• ADRM Infocom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

4. Project Allocation & Submission

• All projects are allocated based on user eligibility and work schedule.
• Users must complete and submit assigned work within the specified project start and end dates.
• Failure to submit work on time may result in cancellation, penalties, or loss of payout eligibility.
• Work must be completed personally by the registered user without automation or outsourcing.

5. Accuracy & Quality

Each project submission must meet the accuracy criteria specified by ADRM Infocom. Submissions containing excessive errors, incomplete data, or violations of guidelines may be rejected or marked as “failed” without payment. Quality audits are final and non-negotiable.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed after successful project verification and quality approval.
• Users must provide valid bank or UPI details for payouts.
• ADRM Infocom is not responsible for delays due to incorrect payment details or third-party gateway issues.
• In case of contract termination or project failure, pending payments may be withheld as per the agreement.

7. Contract Upload & Verification

Before activation, users must download, sign, and upload a scanned copy of the official contract. Only one upload attempt is permitted. Contracts found invalid, blurred, or incomplete may be rejected. Activation of your account is subject to successful contract verification by our compliance team.

8. Data Security & Confidentiality

All project data, source materials, and client information are confidential and must not be shared, copied, or distributed. Any unauthorized disclosure or duplication of data may lead to immediate account termination and legal action under applicable data-protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, images, text, and materials provided by ADRM Infocom remain the sole property of ADRM Infocom. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use them solely for completing assigned projects. Unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots or AI tools to complete work.
• Sharing login credentials or account details with others.
• Submitting false documents or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or fraud against ADRM Infocom or other users.

11. Termination

ADRM Infocom may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Terminated users forfeit any pending projects or payments.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, ADRM Infocom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our platform, including data loss, technical errors, or network interruptions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADRM Infocom, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

15. Amendments

ADRM Infocom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
